The staff hear is very helpful, thay can help you find what ever part you need, and can usually have it for you same day. They also can help you diagnos small problems and battery issues fast and efficiently. If you deal like the person helping you is struggling with your request ask for Steve he is very informative and food at finding parts you need. They also offer parts ordering online and over the phone very useful if you are in a hurry. The only thing I have to complain about is some of the employee don't know much about cars and really struggle helping find simple parts, and some are very lazy and don't what to help you find something
The experience here was great! A friendly employee helped me pick out windshield wipers and then installed them on my car.
Not only did they have a wonderful price on my battery, but they installed it for me!
Of all of the O'Reilly Auto stores in the area, this is my least favorite. The employees don't really seem to take their jobs seriously or be very helpful. I've had a few negative experiences here and won't be returning to this location.
Had the tools I needed and the cashier let me borrow a tool from their store as long as I returned it. With that I had my problem solved and was out in no time.
