I love this store! They keep track of what I buy with warranties so I don't have to hassle with it. They replaced a defective battery - and even installed the new one for free. I have visited several locations for this company and all have had helpful, friendly staff.
This morning I had issues with my battery. I went to auto zone to get it tested, and Brian helped me. Talk about customer service! Never in my life have I had customer service like that.
Not only did he come and test my battery, but he was very knowledgeable, and helped me install the new one.
I will be sending all my friends and family to this location, and always going to this location! He did an amazing job! He didn’t belittle me because I’m a female, going into a parts store. If anything he helped me understand how it all works!
Brian thank you so much for all your help this morning! You’re the best person I’ve ever worked with at any chain of part repairs!!

Absolutely useless people behind the counter. I ask for help, and they point to the reference book, which doesn't have ATV's listed. This is why the internet is replacing your business. I'll never be back.
