I ordered delivery though this restaurant tonight. After waiting for an hr and and a half I called and they said they were busy and only has one diver and it would be another 20/25 min. I called back a flyer another 45 min with still no food and they told me they had canceled my order. No call no email they just canceled it. When I asked if t he y could still send it I was laughed at and told the diver had since went home for the bight. I am extremely disappointed with the service, the customer service and the lack of any kind of help or understanding. I would NOT recommend this restaurant!
Horrible food and even worse customer service! Do not recommend! They are rude and the food was extremely disappointing!
Great tasting food as always. Only thing worth noting, I wish the sesame chicken had more sauce in the combo platter. I like mixing it with the rice. Other than that, it’s the 2nd best sesame chicken in Rochester, in my opinion.
