This place used to be great! The food was good and orders correct. The last four times I have ordered, the food is ice cold and not what I ask for. The managers, with the exception of maybe one have bad attitudes and there is no action taken from any type of corporate representative since I wrote to them. The kicker is they say they put a credit on your account but it’s mysteriously never there when I call back to order food.
FYI!!!...Mark's pizzeria on Maiden Lane, just now... girl comes in from the back door, no mask on face, fixes her hair with her bare hands & puts it in a clip & immediately kneeds pizza dough for customers. I asked for the manager, the kid she was talking to was the manager. He said he didn't notice her doing that. No one in the restaurant was wearing gloves. The managers mask was not covering his nose. He was making pizzas & kneading dough with his bare hands & wiping them on his pants. I told him that all that dough was contaminated & I told him to throw it all away. He threw one away, the others were on the rack to be used. UGH
Horrible service. So slow and of course my pizza is undercooked. Waste of money, throwing it away.
Said they had curbside pick up when I ordered on the phone, but when I got there they said I had to come in (probably because it was cold) and made me give my phone number twice? Also lots of masks were pulled down, even the guy at the front. Bad vibes from their staff, probably won’t come back during the pandemic, but good pizza as always.
I ordered extra well done wings. When i got home i opened the box they were soggy. The manager should train their empolyees on how to cook different orders and check them before they are served. I have my wings in the oven right now making them well done. I shouldn't have to come home and cook thats the reason you order take out food!
