Had the need for a spare key and happened to be at Walmart at the time. The kiosk was simple to use and I didn't have to remove the key from my key chain which was very helpful. The key worked perfectly and was the exact match to what I picked ( I got a designer key but you can get just a plain brass for a dollar or two less) The only criticism I would have is that the cost is a bit more than that at Home Depot or Lowes. They are different machine manufacturers but the process is identical. So if you need a key with convenience this is the spot. If you nee to save a buck head to Lowes or Home Depot or even your local hardware store

Way more expensive than getting it done at lowes or Walmart. Sure, you have to wait but then there's a guarantee.
