Called them to replace a lost car key, the tech showed up on time and was done within 30 minutes.nThe reason it's 2 stars is that he wasn't wearing a mask, which is pretty irresponsible for someone who travels for repairs. I'm not out to change anyone's mind about wearing a mask, but when it puts my health and my ability to make money at risk, I feel like I have to share that with the general public.

We had our front door lock assembly break late on Saturday afternoon. We called spoke to him right away He gave us an estimate and he came and fixed our door/ lock assembly quickly., efficiently, was professional, and friendly. He got our door/ lock fixed quickly and saved us from having to go without being able to use our door he didn’t make us wait until Monday.nnExcellent jobnHighly recommend Black Hawk Lock and Key

Craig the gentleman who fixed our locks was awesome. Very professional! He fixed all our old locks & made it so we can open all of our doors with 1 key. My keychain will feel a lot lighter. Great price too. Craig & Tony who came to give our estimate were wonderful & had the job done 2 days later.
