Helped me with my head gasket change.
They were thorough.
The manager explained everything that was suggested by my car's manufacturer.
He was not pushy. And when I wasn't wanting or couldn't afford something at that time, he just informed me, gave me suggestions, and different pricing.
He listened to my questions, and one time when he wasn't sure about something, he found out the correct answer for me.
I like that.
That is the way it is supposed to be, but don't neccesarily find as much anymore.
They were all competent, friendly, and fairly fast.
I really liked that location.
I am now always going to the Cougar Boulevard Jiffy Lube for my car care services.

Had to get an oil change. It was fast and reliable.
Um the only thing that was kind of weird was they were kind of sassing each other in front of another customer and myself.
I dunno if they were joking around or what. Like I genuinely don't give a $h!t as long as they're doing what they gotta do.
Just don't want to offend any Karens.
This location was awesome! Went quickly as I stayed in the car. Even my grumpy little dog liked them! He barks at everything, but kept pawing them for pets! Great job!
