Always a pleasure. Victor is very friendly and helpful all the time. He makes the 7-11 experience awesome.
Absolutely terrible experience when the cashier has no idea what they're doing, they're just sipping coffee, I'm on a busy schedule and have to get certain things done in a timely fashion and the ATM has no money in the machine, how am I supposed to get things done when there's no way to, I just couldn't believe that and when I asked the cashier on shift at 5 am on March 3rd 2020 to fill the machine she denied me any service to be able to make any withdrawals. What a massive disappointment.
I love my 7-11 the night shift girls know me by name. Suzette, Amanda, and Lindsey always take care of me. They are phenomenal and great ladies. Im here so much they rule.
I live down the street from this store and I go there all the time because it is convenient but I am going to go out of my way to avoid going there any longer. I can not tell you how many times.I have had problems with their service there from standing in lines for ten or more minutes while a manager stands behind the counter and looks on as opposed to jumping on the other register to help out, or screwing up which pump to put my gas on, or my lottery tickets for the wrong game and the people working there giving you attitude Don't get me wrong I'm not a complainer and I get that mistakes are made sometimes. But I go to that store at least 5 times a week and at least twice a a week its something.
