Tried to exchange a birthday gift shirt without the receipt. I was told I had to get exactly the same shirt in the correct size. They did not have the size nor did the other two local stores. They would not give store credit. So now we are stuck with a shirt that does not fit and they wasted 20 minutes of my time. Horrible exchange policy. Will never go to The Children's Place again.
