I have never seen and experienced a more incompetent group in the pharmacy department in my life. When you call three separate days and three separate people in the pharmacy department could view three separate answers there's a problem. So they think that they hold all the Trump cards because they're able to give and take certain medications to people hold them An be sticklers for time restraints. Trust me when I tell you to go somewhere else to have your medications filled. These people are completely incomparable and completely clueless.

Very good customer service

The pharmacy techs and check out is 5 star but Walgreens needs to explain the app better. I didn't know my medication could not be requested through the app according to the weekend pharmacist. I had started requesting last week. Now I don't have my medication although the app said it was submitted and being called into my doctor. Thanks a lot Walgreens. Again the front end staff is awesome. I preferred Rite Aid all the way. Nothing but headaches since they took over. Maybe switching to Wegmans.

I was taken care of by Emily. She’s a very good cashier and was very interactive. In front of me was an elderly lady and she basically did everything for her but take her bags to the car. It’s very refreshing to see a young lady like Emily go above and beyond.
