I am a repeat customer at this location. Made an appointment. Started preparation early. I have been treated like family at this location every time I have used them. I can count quality service from the staff. They are the best. Would highly recommend both Janet and Joyce they are a great team providing quality service and are very friendly and their work is guaranteed.

Janet was amazing! She was extremely helpful and friendly. She made sure we understood every step of the process.nnUPDATE: I changed my 5 star review to a 1 star because I don't understand how my AGI on the copy of my tax return is completely different than the same documents on the myJH account. I would probably change this rating if I could get an answer....

Melinda helped us a ton when we pre filed. Harold was who was doing it, he was a very sweet man but we was his 2nd customers and Melinda came over to help. Joyce is the one who we filed through once we got our W2's and she was great. Melinda is from a prior military family as well and she was great to talk to. She knew what she was doing and was able to help and get us in and out. We had some confusion with the Refund Advance but it's a busy time of year and we was able to get it all straightened out. Melinda personally called and reached out to us to make sure we was satisfied and everything was resolved.nUpdated* We also received our refund 2 days early on our card just like they promised us we was skeptical using a prepaid card over his banking card but I think it worked out great because his bank would've held the funds before it was released but with the serve card it posted instantly as soon as it was received from Republic Bank. We are happy with our service! If you need taxes done go to MELINDA!
