Totally unreliable!! We have been trying to get a hookup for a dryer installed, they told us that they would be able to do it in the beginning of the week last week, we tried calling multiple times with no calls back, then get a text saying we can be there in half an hour, no prior notice, me and my husband were both at work, I got out early to be there for them to do the job, waited two hours no one called or showed. tried calling them, tried speaking to the supervisor and STILL no one has returned a phone call. Absolutely do not recommend this company! What a waste of time!

Could not find business to pay bill

The electrician never showed up on the day even though I scheduled him 5 days ahead of time.nI called them 3 times on the day and each time the woman on the phone said: I will relay a message to the electrician. He never called me and no one showed up. On the third call I was adamant that it was extremely important this issue was fixed today and I really needed to know if someone was coming out. All she had to say was ok..I’ll relay the message..and hung up.nTerribly unreliable service and not helpful or worried about trying to help at all.

It was a pleasure having Jeff and Jeff come out to my property. They were very professional and knowledgeable. With their skills and experience they were able to pinpoint the problem and solve it in a couple of hours. I am very grateful and will definitely be calling again.

Stone Creek was a nice man, his work was o.k., but when there was a problem, he denied it was his doing. He did not finish the job or do all the work he contracted for, and I now have to bring a lawsuit against him for not completing the job. I have tried to call him many, many times and he never returns my call. I got him on the phone once and he said he would make his contract complete but did not
