First and last time I will ever be in this store , I had a return that was a gift I had the receipt and all and when asked about store credit to purchase a different item the lady stated your return will be refunded to your card ,i told her again that they were a gift and it’s not my card would a credit be possible. She said the funds will be on your card in 1-3 days ... it is a shame that I was unable to enjoy my experience there, Hope no one ever has a return you will either not be able to return the item or no store credit will be issued .

Wow. Just... WOW!! I had the distinct and true pleasure of meeting and being taken care of by the owner, Varinia, on my first trip to L&L today. When I tell you that I have never in my 37 years had such a phenomenal shopping experience, I’m not even kind of exaggerating. The selection and quality of clothing and products? Outstanding. The one on one customer service and attention? Unmatched. The price and style of the items despite said quality? Shockingly low! The way I feel walking out with two huge (and beautiful!) bags of merchandise from L&L? ECSTATIC! Varinia even ended up gifting me one of the items I brought up to purchase simply because I kept her so busy with endless questions and comments that one item accidentally didn’t get scanned. After I was cashed out and sent my receipt, she realized it and just quickly folded the shirt, popped it in my bag, and told me it was on the house! Where in the world has that ever happened? I honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about this store and Varinia herself, and I can’t wait to shop again, tell everyone I know about this “hidden gem”, and hop on FB and Instagram live on Wednesday nights to keep up with everything they have to offer on style, quality, and everything in between! Thank you, Varinia, from the bottom of my heart for making my slice of me-time on this particular Sunday one I’ll never forget!!

BUYERS BEWARE!! This store has an employee hired who saves the name on the card used. She will then message the card user accusing them of stealing. Varinia Byod, employed by this company messaged a mutual friend, accusing the woman he was with of stealing. She offered her personal phone number looking for compensation. But she provided no evidence of the accusations. For the company to be so unprofessional! Save your personal information from shops like this.
