Old Navy - with Curbside Pickup

I shop here every now and then and haven't had any issues. They are a bit pricey but the quality of the clothes meets the value. Check out can be a bit slow if they are very busy.

Great store ppl were rude when I walked in the 2 workers made fun of my dress pants and it was awful. Very upset over the rude treatment

Great price for kids and adults as well. Men and boy clothing and girl and woman clothing as well.

You’re told to park in a fire lane in front of a fire hydrant and blocking traffic while hoping someone doesn’t rear end you for curbside pickup. I was not going to park illegally or blocking traffic. Especially while 8 months pregnant with twins risking their lives and mine, so I parked in the closest parking spot and let them know where I was parked for curbside pick up. I waited almost 15 minutes before I called the store to see what was going on with my order. I spoke with Brenda who told me to park at the curb, while explaining that I was not blocking traffic or parking illegally, she hung up. I pulled up to the curb, got my order, and asked to speak with a supervisor. Brenda then asked me “why?” as if it mattered to her. I explained again about the fire hydrant, the fire lane, and the safety concerns I had with blocking traffic. She then explained that “people don’t obey the speed limits all the time” as if someone else’s illegal activity justifies parking in a firelane in front of a fire hydrant... I again told her she needed to get her supervisor as this needs to be escalated. She told me he wouldn’t come out (without checking). She then told me she’s old enough to be my grandmother and this conversation is over before walking away. I called the store beyond frustrated and completely disturbed at the interaction that just occurred and of course Brenda answered. I asked to speak with her supervisor. Jeffrey got on the line and upon explaining the situation he advised me they moved the signs as it was More convenient to his associates. Upon explaining my safety concerns and the fact they’re asking customers to illegally park he was not phased! I asked to speak with someone above him and was given 1800oldnavy, but Jeffrey wouldn’t provide his last name. Upon calling old navy, she took my complaint very seriously as I’m sure they could be sued if someone were to rear end a customer parked where they were directed! Completely appalled at how this was handled at store level. I drove an hour to do this curbside pick up at 11am, it wasn’t until 12pm that it was actually handled. Would avoid this store at all costs!

I love this store and I love more than you can actually try clothes on, unlike Kohl's and Target
