I love JCPenney it's a shame most of them are going to close probably. They always have great deals on everything styles for everyone in the family at every age. However because of covered production has been limited so the shelves are somewhat bare

Love them, Jenn slayed my hair. She corrected some awful colors I had. Now my hair is perfect. Definitely going back.

The young lady tonight in the home department was outstanding in checking us out. We did not get her name. Her associate number is 0595. She knows how to give great customer service and we can tell she lives working at JC Penney. She was very patient and knowledgeable and kind. JC Penney did a great job when they hired her.

Jc Penny staff was nice and helpful however they had NO wide width women's booties there and that was very disappointing

Clean, organized and well stocked. Friendly associates help make the trip worthwhile.
