Pharmacy workers are very pleasant. I've had to call for several different situations (moving prescriptions, etc) and each time the workers were very helpful and patient.
Went for a Covid test last Sunday, and it is Thursday night and I still don't have my results. I realize that this isn't Rite Aid's fault directly, but they do offer a service that says 1 to 3 days for results, which I needed to have access to my college campus, and they have not delivered. Perhaps they should partner with a company that can actually provide what they say or not offer tests at all. Bottom line is do not get a Covid test here if you want your results before you need to get another Covid test.
I usually like this place but the pharmacist had kind of an attitude
Friendly, courteous and caring. I was having some problems, and pharmacist stopped what she was doing to listen and she helped me when the Dr. wasn't there for me. Thank you! Great service and highly recommended!
I wish I got the name of the young lady working the cash register yesterday in the evening but clearly a delightful hard working employee who despite Rite Aid not having the smarts to hire enough staff because they want to save money. I hope the company knows how lucky they are. She simply smiled and offered excellent customer service. Please give her a raise
