The lines here need to be handled. People shop here! Take care of your shoppers! They will wait, but at least have them moving in the super long line! Only 2 cashiers is ridiculous. You need to hire more people or pay them better or have the people in the back come up front. Just my 2 cents.
This store is very busy. The price is good for the items I was looking at. It could be a bit more organized and clean. Toys were scattered and their isles were choked to the point I had to walk around the main back isle just to get to the northwest corner of the store.
The fitting rooms were tidy and empty. The fitting room attendant was kind and helpful.
The clothes racks are single file and so close together you cannot pass another shopper.
The dress racks have lots of isle space as does the women's shoe area.
I wish they could control the other customers kindness levels but sadly I know they cannot.
The checkout line was long. 2 cashier's were working by the time I made it to a register but only one was there when I got into line. I was standing in line longer than I was shopping. Employees upfront could be nicer and more helpful as well.
One of my favorite shops for gifts without breaking the bank but still getting quality stuff.
Low stock because of COVID-19, not a lot of employees on the floor. The store is big and spacious. They have cleaning supplies for the carts.
Got stopped and told they was closed at 6pm when they close at 7pm. Can tell these worthless non-essential workers are unhappy of having to be back at work and not sitting at home getting free money. I was coming in to support you and make it possible for you to have a job and take care of your family. My money spends the same anywhere.
