I’m giving this store five stars just for the guy who helped me who works in the front of the store in the men’s section!!! I can’t remember his name but he’s tall and wears a beanie and super friendly. I was looking for stuff for my husband and I hadn’t been in a Tilly’s since 2014 and I was from out of town trying to find the best stuff. I told the guy exactly what I was looking for and he pointed me in a few different directions that were all helpful. I came back the next day, after coming from the store in Farmington, and he was still there and helpful. When I visit Utah again this will be my go to store as long as the service is what I received when I went and that guy is still there. Thank you so much!

Who do you want to be? What's your identity? Skater, surfer or rebel with a cause? Hot Topic is too goth, you don't do organic gardening so Anthropologie is out. Come to Tilly's of West Jordan to morph into to an Orange County local with the swipe of a credit card. I tease, but am guilty of hypocrisy. In my 40s now, I'm guilty of mid-life denial. I should be at Vineyard Vines, but Tilly's identifies with me. Why else would I be there? Santa Cruz stuff is still cool at any age, even if you're not into psychodelic mushrooms...which I am certainly not. I'd give Pacific Sunwear... I mean Zumiez...I mean Vans...I mean Tilly's 5 stars if there was more diversity of design selection (so I didn't wear the same thing as everyone else) and better prices.

I can be a patient person but when I call a store I'm not normally put on hold for 20 minutes. Love the clothes, just wish they could maybe pick up their phone and answer a question of mine.

When you deny a 40 week pregnant women access to your restroom, you have shown me and my family just how discourteous, rude and heartless a business can be. These guys lack customer service and empathy on every level.
