It was not busy and no one waiting so there was no reason for my food to be bad. Fries are always cold and on 3 occasions my quarter pounder has been under cooked. Manager needs to manage her staff better and aim for better quality.
I was told to park and wait, sat for 20 minutes then when I went back they forgot about me. Gave them my receipt, they made it again. Then they forgot sauce. Had to go back again. Only reason they get 3 stars not 2 is because they did apologize and fix it, and included a free blueberry muffin.
Food is typical... They don't give condiments unless you ask; where I think I should be asked if I want ketchup. Is it Petty? Maybe but it shows that they care about their customers an they don't. It's just a job. Hurry hurry hurry an keep the numbers up. I'd rather eat pizza at a local joint instead of shoving that garbage into my mouth. Usually only eat McD's cause it's my only choice. I'd take Burger King ud83dudc51 over. McD's anyday.
Not the easiest to communicate your order. Had to repeat myself many times to the point of frustrating.
I don't normally write bad reviews but this place deserves it. When the signs say that they open at 7am and I go there at 7:15am and they are still not open, and then one guy looks at me from inside and disregards me completely, not even apologizing for the fact that I wasted my time driving there. They should honestly get better employees or a manager that could be there to open up their own store.
