The guy is too busy at his other job or watching movies at home to get you a unit, or to check a unit when you're done and waiting for your security deposit (it took nearly a month and he tried to take the security deposit for the extra month he let it sit there empty), or to pay rent. Tried to get ahold of him to pay rent (because he said he preferred cash) and he said he wouldn't be free till the day after the rent was late (we were trying to pay it a week before it was due, and it wasn't late until a week after it was due so we had to wait 2 weeks to pay) and said we had to pay the late fee of like $50 because he wasn't there... he told us after the fact we could send a check but never where to send it... we just got a different storage unit...
