I recently placed my second reservation with Brittany and I'm just so impressed by her great service and gear. She was responsive and prompt. The car seat looked brand new. The snack bag was a nice touch. I felt she went above and beyond, making sure I was happy and had no issues.
We had a very good experience renting baby equipment from Brittany. The equipment we ordered were delivered in a timely manner and they were very clean! Fortunately, Brittany was very easy to talk to and she was able to successfully work out our last minute changes. Overall, I am very satisfied with her service so I will plan on renting from her again in the future if the need arises.
Great service! The stroller was like new, and Brittany was a dream to work with. Highly recommend!
Excellent customer service. We had to change our pick up and drop off times several times to accommodate flight changes and Brittany was more that accommodating. Equipment was clean and in good working order. Will use again when needed!
