This IS the absolute worse McDonald's in Pikeville, the other 2 aren't entirely much better but this one is certainly the worse. Unfortunately it also is the worse McDonald's I've been to. I drive over the road & have stopped here on 2 separate occasions, once for lunch & a few months later for breakfast. I would've expected different service, no. Beyond rude employees. The drive thru cashier taking the orders was snarky & rude to anything I asked, to the point I said screw it & didn't even order anything. Lunch crew was no different. I walked in, ordered sweet tea with lite ice. I got a cup of ice. McChicken that was basically jus 3 orders of mayo, lettuce & an on the verge of being thrown out it was so dry chicken patty. Cold greasy fries & the gallon of sweet tea I ordered was basically whatever sweet tea that was in the bottom of the container then filled up with UNSWEET tea. Look, I worked fast food, I worked at the 24/7 McDonald's in Ashland matter of fact, before I got the otr job I have now. It takes an absolute IDIOT to screw these orders up people. This location is horrible. I'll get my McDonald's at Norton my next trip north or I'll go out of my way to go to one of the 2 Prestonsburg locations, Paintsville or I'll starve until I get to Louisa but I won't be stopping at this location again.

Lady had an attitude because I asked for fresh fries. And my burger looked like it had been slapped together by a 3 year old.

Their fries are cold and greasy, and I ordered extra sauce on my burger for extra charge and they barely put any on. Such a rip off! Not going to this location anymore.
