Very clean, very nice, made with high quality
The people in the office couldn’t be nicer! Always eager to help and super friendly ! I only wish if you were getting multiple units, younDidn’t have to pay a $25 admin fee for each unit! I am moving and needed many units. I would have loved to get them all there, but I feel that’s wrong to charge a fee for each unit. Otherwise , it’s super clean, and convenient!
Bethany was awesome! She helped us arrange our storage rental and was great about explaining things really clearly. Everything was clean and easy to access. Thanks SROA
rented a climate controlled unit at pikeville, ky. had it for about 8 months, only to find out that the climate control was not being used properly to keep it up to the correct temperature which in return caused mold on my furniture. would not recommend
