All staff were courteous, and friendly.nUsed coupons and staff applied all that could be used for what I had done.nWaiting room was enjoyable with the TV on mute with sub-titles.nSocial distancing was not a problem and everyone was wearing masks.nLocation of dealership is convenient for me.

The winter tires were mounted well on my 2020 Bolt and the car rode as expected afterward. The arrival and departure process went smoothly. The personnel were friendly and efficient. I, and another customer did feel that 2 1/2 hours for our snow tire change could have been quicker since we had decided to wait for the cars. Mine did have to be removed from old rims first which added time.nMy tire pressure monitor system, which still worked well, indicated they were set 5 psi below the recommendation. Perhaps the 38 looked like a 33 on the door sticker. I was able to adjust them myself at home.nThe dealership also took good COVID safety measures.
