Just a great turn around from the old Summit Store. They have a greeter now. The showroom looks great. Love the free snacks in the showroom and now a waiting area in service and showroom.nnVery nice new employees and the store manager Clayton came over to see if I needed anything while I waited for my oil change.nnI will be coming back for my next car here.

My first time in this store since Oct 2015. It's amazing now. The New Bidleman Ford looks so much better than the previous Summit Ford.nnThe sales dept answered all my questions and took me on a tour of the new and improved facility.nnOn the Way out I was introduced to the Store Director Clayton Howard. He gave my daughter a teddy bear and great snacks from their customer welcome table.nnIts great to see a store with old fashion values! WE have been to several dealerships over the years and never has any management person took the time to not only make sure I was satisfied- but also made sure my children had a great experience while we shopped.nnBottom line we are picking up our New Bidlemannman Ford on Thursday!!!!!!nnThank you to Mr Howard & Team.nThe Constable Family

What a wonderful experience with the Store Manager Clayton. I stopped in the New Bidleman Ford today just to see if I could turn in my lease next month due to I just relocated from Nevada to Auburn NY.nnI wasn’t sure if I was going to lease another Ford but after talking with Clayton he won me over to purchase another Ford Product.nnI will be back in April when my lease ends and I am definitely purchasing from Clayton.nnI’m so glad I stopped.nnKathy G.nAka Pink Panther Collectables Inc.nAuburn NY.

Just a wonderful experience today. I got my son a preowned F150 with the help of Clayton Howard and Matt DiMarco the Finance guy . My son can finally get the truck he has been wanting for over a year.nnPlus the coffee and treats in the showroom are a great change !!!!!!nnThanks Gentlemen. Five stars in my book !!!!nnMary M.
