Very frustrating service with these guys. Bought a brand new 2021 camper last summer and used it about 2 times before we had water damage throughout the camper. Brought it to be fixed and they cracked our sink, had to go on a week long vacation with no bathroom sink. Brought the camper in last October to be fixed and they called 3 days later and told us we had to come pick up the camper because they are closing for the winter. It’s now April, I’ve called 3 times to get my camper in to be fixed but they don’t have the parts and I’ve heard nothing from them. This is our first camper purchase and they’ve made it miserable. Would not suggest this place. Let’s hope they get our camper in and fixed.

Our experience here was laughable, which is unfortunate because I ALWAYS shop local. We weren’t able to come even close to making a deal with these guys, which is a shame considering both the owner and manager were there that day apparently (although I wouldn’t know if that was even true since we were never even greeted by either). We bought the next day the same camper for over $6,000 less (yes, with freight and prep included) from Wilkins. Never even got a follow up call from sales person or manager- so I probably won’t service there either honestly. Also- is there a reason you don’t allow reviews on your Facebook page?

I just purchased my first camper and Deidre was my sales person. She was awesome. So was Mike and the sales manager. I read all of the reviews and I have to agree with the owner that the bad reviews must be from another place or it is the competitors. The auburn shop is impressive. PS you can’t get into the campers because of Covid.nEverybody there was very helpful happy and energetic.nHowever, after calling the local Ford dealership for a price on the hookup, I was told that my car absolutely could not take anything that has brakes.nAll campers have brakes and they knew it.nBe sure to check your cars ability to tow a unit with brakes. Buyer beware!!

We recently purchased our first RV from these folks. Deedra was our salesperson and she was great to work with, very down to earth, super knowledgeable and really helped us find the right camper for our family. Joel and their service team are great! They really took the guessing out of it and gave us an extremely detailed tutorial on every nook and cranny of how that camper works. I highly recommend these guys for your family's RV purchase!
