Horrible customer service! Order cinnamon twist sticks off the dominos app came down to get them when the app told me they arrived waited there for 10 mins and they never showed up. I called the store and I got a VERY rude employee who said they called me multiple times and would interrupt and talked over me as I tried to speak. I never got a phone call from them saying that they had arrived or anything. These people need to get better employees or they are going to lose business!

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I ordered cinnamon sticks and they put BBQ SAUCE ON THEM. When I called and asked for a refund, they offered to send new ones the next day. Since I was leaving the next day, I politely asked for a refund instead. The manager didn’t know how to offer a refund or give credit via gift card “without additional payment.” Why would I give additional payment for their mistaken? The best I could get was store credit to that specific location, which is pointless since I do not live in pikeville. The manager was rude, and he and his employees were incompetent. This location is an embarrassment to Domino’s locations nationwide. Please don’t waste your money. There are better pizza places in Pikeville.

Paid for my pizza over the phone. Order it at 10. Never got a call back or my pizza. Zero stars. I’m emailing corporate over this. It is theft.
