This was THE BEST haircut I have ever gotten. I have been trying to find someone who understands what curly hair needs and believe me this woman knows. She helped me get my hair back under control and even taught me how to style and care for my hair so it stays healthy until my next cut! You can tell she really cares about her customers, and she totally understood the look I wanted even though I didn’t have the words to describe it. I have never in my life seen my hair this hydrated and healthy, she’s a savior honestly.

First off, my experience with Nicole was great. Not like other stylists, she really takes the time to evaluate your hair and make the experience personalized for you. I received the Curl by Curl specialty cut today. But, previously I went in a few weeks ago for a consultation where she coached me through how to improve the integrity of my hair and make my curls juicier. And, basically prep my hair for better results when I came in next for the actual cut. I have textured hair that is extremely thick. I always find myself having to settle at a salon because they don't truly understand how to do my hair nor have the patience to take their time. Nicole did a perfect job at easing any concerns I had, and always reassured me that I was going to leave happy. I always had processed hair whether it was from bleaching, coloring, or relaxing my natural curl. I needed a curl specialist that would expose me to the right products, tell me what I need to do differently, and how to let my hair grow and be healthy at the same time. I'm so happy with the results. I have fully converted to natural hair only and Nicole will be the only person that touches my hair from this point on. I was not ready to commit to cutting out all the damage at one time, and she listened to me! Didn't cut too much, but made my hair look and feel 100% better. She created a plan for me and coached me through how to maintain my hair. My hair won't only look good when I leave the salon, it'll look good forever because she took the time and energy to teach me techniques and make sure I was using the right products. I am excited for my appointments to come and my curls getting better each time. She was extremely clean and sanitary which also might be a concern with these times.
