This company is an excuse of business they do not have the audacity to call you back for three weeks the first call placed on Monday and the gentleman said he would call back later that day once he spoke with Ian certified electrician to find out what needed to be done I never got a callback I call back one week later again on a Monday and speak with a secretary type lady who said she would put my name and number out there to see who I had previously spoken to you and have them give me a call back I never got a callback it is now the third week and I still have no communicatIon from this business not even the decency to say I’m sorry Ms. but we can’t do the work for you simply based on the treatment of customers I highly suggest going somewhere else where they actually value their customers
