Have received gifts from here. Quality is definitely lasting and superb.nDisplays in the window, however, may turn off some as too foppish, or too tropical, for this climate. One thing for sure, there's always something new and distinctive. Conclusively, by far, this is the best men's specialty clothing store for at least 75 miles in any direction.

Ron Sall has an impeccable sense of taste to help you put together complimentary fashion. Their tailoring is spot on. Would recommend if you love attention to detail.

This store took 17 days to get me a pair of $220 shoes I ordered. I placed the order on a Friday after a salesman did a passable job walking me through my options. He estimated they’d arrive the following Thursday. The next Friday I called, asking for an update. I got some attitude back from whoever I was talking to. They said they’d call me when the shoes arrived. Well, the following Friday I called again. Whoever picked up said they’d call me back. Later I got my call back from the only polite person I ever talked to here. He said they’d ordered the wrong color and they’d place the correct order right away. I’d bet half my $220 they didn’t place any order in the first place. If they had, wouldn’t they immediately call me upon receiving the wrong shoes? Anyway, the shoes arrived the following Monday and I picked them up eventually. I got my last dose of passive, lazy, patronizing customer service when I came in. I should have asked them to ship the shoes to me since I live in Owego and am seldom in the area, but my pride got in the way. The shoes are good and the price was competitive with online stores, but what’s the point of retail stores when they don’t carry the model and color you want anyway and you have to wait weeks to get what you paid for? From the other reviews here this place is okay when they don’t make mistakes, but I definitely won’t return. If you’re desperate enough to go here I recommend getting sized, picking what you want, and buying online.

Wonder people to deal with. Ron Sall is such a nice accommodating person. Merchandise is great and not over priced.
