First visit here and this place was hopping. They had great spacing for indoor waiting and looks like a nice patio for warmer weather.nnThe drive-thru locks you in once you commit, and the parking lot in front is very tight quarters, but it's definitely a solid Starbucks experience, would visit again!
Literally the slowest drive thru I have been to ever. Not exaggerating, I was in that line for 25 minutes. And once you're in line you're trapped, there's no leaving. Thank goodness I wasn't on my way to work or something.
NOTE UPDATE: (my original review: Amazing as always and most hospitably team!! Thank you Starbucks!)nnDefinitely going down hill since my original post. Customer service from one particular employee was nothing less than disrespectful and horrific, and in front of my 7 year old grandson. Yet to hear from the store manager, days after the incident. Other Starbucks close by, go the extra mile for true Starbucks experience.
On most times they are good. Not amazing but good. On the mornings they not always get you the order fast enough so I think twice if to stop here in the early AM
Currently typing this as I’ve been waiting in line for 20 + minutes. I appreciate and understand when companies are busy, but moving one car per 8-10 minutes is ridiculous and unacceptable. What are y’all doing in there!?
