I'm going to give you guys a story lol. First things first, i can not thank this company enough for the job they did for me. I misplaced my motorcycle key when i put it up for the season. I called ECM Locksmiths in March to get an estimate. I tried looking for my key to no avail so finally, September 2nd ( i went all season without riding smh ) I called around 8am and spoke with a guy named Ed. He gave me my options to get a key made: 1.) An ignition code , 2.) Remove the ignition cylinder and 3.) Bring in the entire bike. He said I could bring it in that day and it should be finished within 2hrs. I tried calling one local kawasaki dealer but my code was not on file. So i made it simple, called my insurance for a tow and arrived around 2:45pm. I was greeted by Phillip Mangione who assisted me with my paperwork ( nothing too extra, just a slip with your contact info ). There was another guy behind the counter named Randy. Both of them were inviting so I was happy to leave my bike there. They have all kinds of Keychains & lanyards: Puma, Nike, Infiniti, Kia, Ford, Cadillac, magnet key holders, all kinds of accessories - you name it. I wanted one to match my bike without too much metal because it can scratch my paint but I did not see any. So I got a call back around 4:45p from Phillip telling me my bike had two working keys ud83dude04 i arrived w/ my grandma around 5:50pm, shop is closed at 6pm.nI was greeted by a woman named Lois. She brought me to the back to wheel my bike outside. Now when i got outside and attempted to start it a few times, it would not. Saddening, I know. I figured maybe there wasn't enough gas inside, though i could hear it swishing in the tank. I told Lois that I would run to a gas station and get some gas and asked if I could leave it parked. She said I could, but she did not want anyone to steal my bike so she would keep an eye on it for me. I thought she was going to keep an eye via security cams but when my grandma & I got back about 15 minutes later, her and a guy named Ed were both at the door keeping an eye on my bike ❤❤❤ i was not expecting for her to stand by the door. Both me and my grandma were shocked but thankful. So before putting anymore gas in the tank, I attempted to start it once more and it finally kicked in ud83dude04ud83dude04ud83dude04 Mrs. Lois & Mr. Ed Kept me company until it started.nIt wasn't until I got home to tell my grandma my experience with the company from the first phone call that I realized the man named Ed that was standing with Lois was more than likely the Ed that I spoke with in the morning and he was probably the Owner of Edward C Mangione Locksmiths ! ud83eudd23 The icing on the cake was that Phillip slipped a pretty rubber Ninja Keychain on my keys. Idk if he saw me looking at the keychains on the wall and figured I was looking for something with Kawasaki on it but honestly, it made my heart melt because it was exactly what I needed.nnThe respect, compassion & genuine character of all those behind the counter at Edward C Mangione Locksmiths is one to remember. The professionalism is the cherry on top. They got the job done. I came to the shop and left the shop with a smile on my face. I will always refer anyone that is having issues with locks to this company ❤ufe0f

have been using them for a long time. not anymore. sold a poor quality key and would not replace. wanted me to buy a replacement. they could have given me a new key and not lost any money but would rather lose an old customer.much better to spend a bit extra and get a dealer key. the manager is also not warring a mask, stay away if immune compromised

I had previously tried to have a key copy made at home depot and they screwed it up twice, the key didn't work at all either time. I even tried the key copying machine at walmart, it informed me it couldn't even copy the type of key I needed. So I decided to look up a REAL locksmith and I'm glad I did! These guys had two copies made in minutes flat and they both worked perfectly! Apperently hardware stores don't always keep their machines calibrated properly, but I'm glad these guys know what they're doing. I would have saved alot of time and headache had I just gone to them first. Thanks you guys!
