My first time to Fantastic Sam's ever. Went to the shop in Hannaford Plaza on Wolf Rd., which was buzzing. After a five minute wait, Rocheta cut my hair and did a wonderful job. She even managed to tame my double cowlick. Everyone there was professional and quick. I will be back in about 4 weeks.
A great job on my haircut. Quick and looked great. Conversation from stylist made the time fly by. I'm very happy with the service!
I absolutely love this salon!! I had a bad experience at a different fantastic sams, I was too embarrassed to go back in and say I wasn't happy with my hair cut. I called this salon right away and they were able to get me in ASAP! I couldn't thank the girl enough! She was able to get my hair even and actually have a SLIGHT angle in the front (as you can see in the pictures). Luckily my hair was long and we could fix it even though I originally wanted a trim at the first salon but I had to do what I had to do. She made me feel so much better on my anniversary night!
They did not work to accommodate me for a haircut at 8:45 a.m. and said they were too busy. Speaking on my own personal believes is I make all the money I can when I work... but if you're giving me hemming and hawing excuses I don't want to spend my money at your business in this perfectly describes the experience I had and that's why I gave her one star review
Made an appointment and was promptly greeted by my stylist Jenn. She was super professional and gave me a beautiful cut! I will definitely be back!
