These guys were great! They came back to our house and updated our quote after we had changed our minds. They helped us understand what our options are, and worked with us when we changed our minds at the last minute. They were so professional and super nice. And, they were in our budget! FALL 2019---This was around the last 2 weekend's of September or the first weekend of October 2019. Still NONE of the other electrical places I called have contacted me yet.nnI'm Very Pleased with the Service & the Serviceman who came and found the burning smell was not an electrical issue, he followed the wires then checked in the ceilings & both electrical boxes. It ended up being a dead chipmunk in the attached garage ceiling.nnI called MOST of the other electrical places listed on Google in 12205 & surrounding areas. Called the 24/7 ones first, left short detailed clear messages, not one returned my call yet. Then I called MOST that had only business week hours listed, left short clear messages, not one returned my call yet.nnThis is the ONLY electrical place that I called on a weekend after business hours, who answered the phone with a real person. I explained the strong burning smell in my breezeway ceiling. She answered all my questions then gave me the option of having someone come within the Hour at approx. $140. per hour or to wait until the next business day at $99. per hour.
