Keith was very professional. Explained to us what needed to be done to change out our lights in our finished basement. The day he came he did the work, showed us once done, made sure we were happy! We love the new brighter lights!! He cleaned up after himself too. Would definitely use Mel Carr Electric again!

We installed two lights with motion sense activation last fall and enrolled in the silver plan. We just had our comprehensive home safety inspection which was included free as part of the program purchase enrollment. Zach M. was our tech. He did a phenomenal job answering all questions and providing key ares of concern with which to improve our home safety and value. He answered all our questions and was not pushy about sales. We were quoted for three big ticket items and were pleasantly surprised at the affordability and pricing fairness. The secret with a good deal with Mel Carr is to roll all your project into one because their volume pricing is amazing.

Keith was awesome. Not only is he knowledgeable, but he's repectful, kind, and thoughtful. He spent nearly all day doing various jobs and did a fine job on every one of them. He was thorough, following up with me on each job and checking to make sure everything worked. I have already recommended him twice.nnKeith Dooley was here today with Connor to inspect the outlets and the smoke alarms. It's an annual service provided by Mel Carr Electric and one which I really appreciate. Keith, Connor and all the staff that I've interacted with (Rachel and Lisa in the office) are excellent. Love being their customer. I expect that all the electricians are skilled, but I requested Keith because he's the one I know I am comfortable with. He's as considerate and kind as he is talented.

Mel Carr Electric's customer service personnel are courteous, responsive, personable, and conscientious. The electrician did a superb job of addressing all of our problems effectively, describing for us at each step what he was doing and why he was doing it. We felt completely comfortable with him, which was due to his friendly deportment, conspicuous competence, and attention to detail. It was one of the best experiences with a service provider we have had.

I had Dan and Jimmy install an electric line behind my new stove. They were both personable, upfront with costs, and worked with me to get it done in my price range. Very professional work was done and they took the time to walk through and show me everything. I can comfortably say I would highly recommend Dan and Jimmy from Mel Carr for any electric service.
