We took home our new vehicle today and had the absolute best experience working with Chris Rahn at Land Rover Albany! Not only was he friendly and highly knowledgeable, but he went above and beyond to get us a great deal. Hopefully other buyers have the pleasure of working with Chris, he made the buying process so simple and pleasurable. We really couldn't be more thrilled and will highly recommend Land Rover Albany based on our experience.

I could not be happier with Steve (the salesman). He was extremely helpful, and even went above and beyond to get me what I needed for my Land Rover. From top to bottom, everything went smoothly and would highly recommended them to anyone. Very professional and courteous.

The service advisor Patrick Lynch was very attentive. He explained everything, gave me an accurate timeframe and was very knowledgeable! He even had a loaner all ready to go for me. Excellent experience from your service staff, highly professional!

Chris R was an absolute pleasure to deal with. This is my second lease from him/Albany Land Rover. I live about 3.5 hours away and the dive is well worth it. Professionalism, passion is what Chris is all about. I love this place and will be back in 3 years when y lease is up again. ! Thank you, Chris R for your awesome customer service!

I am giving 3 stars because I had to work with 3 different people in order to get answers. The first two (Tom and Jayshawn - not sure on spelling) completely stopped responding to emails and phone calls with no reason whatsoever despite my repeated efforts. Once I started to work with Andy, the sales manager, everything was smooth sailing. He was responsive, attentive and diligent. I didn’t get any reason why the other two ignored me though, nor did either of them reach out to apologize or explain. That would have made my experience better.nnThe car is awesome and Andy was great! The rest of the process was a nightmare and took 3 weeks.
