Exceptional dealership. My sales consultant Joe K. was a true professional. He was extremely knowledgable, answered all my questions, and addressed all my needs for a new car. He made the entire car-buying process painless and easy!nnDuring my experience, I spoke with multiple employees (management, service, sales) and all were very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend Goldstein Subaru!

Whether it is this week or later on down the road, my next vehicle will be from Goldstein Subaru. Cliff notes version: staff was wonderful, my experience today was not what I hoped for as a customer.nFull transparency, my experience did not go the way I had hoped it would with regards to my expectations, due to how busy they were and how it made me feel as though whether or not I got a car today didn't matter. I left with the feeling that I was not going to be able to get into the car I wanted. With that said, the staff is wonderful (thanks Dave and Todd) and extremely professional and respectful, even though I got frustrated at moments they were still great to me and helped me through those frustrations. I don't need a new car at the moment, so if we can't make something work, I'll work on what I can and try again down the road with them. Within minutes of leaving I received a call from the care department, asking about my experience. I spent roughly 10 minutes or so explaining my concerns and experience, and by the end of the call was unsure if I even wanted to proceed. That decision was made easier when I received another call about 10 minutes after the care call, thank you Chris. Chris went through each of my concerns and by the end of the call I decided to proceed. As someone that works in and trains others for customer service I can't state enough how much I appreciated the follow up calls and attention I was provided in those calls, that made me more at ease and ready to proceed. I would definitely recommend going down there and speaking with them if you are interested, as my boss and her kids all got their cars from there and couldn't be happier; my experience is most likely an outlier. Again, huge thanks and appreciation to Dave (sales) Todd (finance) and Chris (no clue what his position is, but he is great) for working with me today with great patience, respect and professionalism.

I was in need of a new vehicle and Subaru’s have long been at the top of my list for my next purchase. This past Tuesday I came into your dealership with the intent to look around at my options. I was very impressed with the top notch customer service I received all around (from Mercedes at the front desk, to Bill Magee and JP over in sales and financing). At the end of the day after working with Bill and JP, I left your dealership with the purchase of a brand new 2021 Subaru Forester Premium. It’s only been a couple of days and I absolutely love my new ride! Thank you! I would recommend Goldstein Subaru to anyone who is looking to purchase a new Subaru because of your outstanding service!

The Goldstein Dealership family is AWESOME!! Our experience once again was outstanding!! We felt appreciated and valued as customers from start to finish.nThey were able to locate the exact vehicle we wanted and made it a non stress and pleasant experience. It was great to have Kevin Benson as our salesman who also sold us our last vehicle 3 years ago. Keep up the great work!!

I’m writing this review for a Senior Citizen who was taken advantage of by an initial misdiagnosis and then up selling the repair needs due to an intermittent power steering problem on a 2014 Subaru Forester. Goldstein Subaru initially replaced power steering control module which did not fix the problem at a cost of approximately $700.00. We returned the car to the dealership, and upon further inspection, Goldstein Subaru discovered that a rodent had chewed through a small wiring harness, which caused the power steering problem. Then, rather than performing a minor and low-cost repair to splice the damaged wire, they up sold my friend a $1,750.00 electric power rack to fix the problem. Goldstein Subaru charged almost $2,500.00 for this repair, without offering a lower cost repair option. Also, we have recently purchased another new vehicle from Goldstein Auto Group and sadly, we can no longer trust Goldstein Auto Group for our future service and/or repair needs.
