I had the pleasure working with Christian to work with what I was looking for. He was very professional and very pro active in helping me get the right vehicle at the right cost for my budget. He walked me through the whole process and was very engaging talking to me like he’d known me for years which is a big interpersonal touch when I’m making a big decision because it helps me feel like they understand and work with you and I appreciate that very much so. Introduced me to other staff members who we’re just as friendly and in the end we got a deal done and I couldn’t ask for a better representative and would recommend anyone interested in leasing or purchasing a new vehicle from northeast Acura definitely look into Christian being your sales associate. Great Place to go to get a new Car of your in the market looking. Ask for Joe ud83dude00he was a great help for me and my family. He took his time out to help us get into a car we liked. The whole Acura Team helped me a great ton❤ufe0f this is my 2nd Purchase with them. Great staff they take the time out and explain things down to the bottom. It’s not about a sale or commission they actually there to help. Thanks again for all you guys help.

I have never had an easier time buying/leasing a car. Christian, was exceptional to work with. He was kind, caring, and very knowledgeable. I did not feel any pressure throughout the whole process. He genuinely cared about getting me into the car that was right for me. I absolutely love my new 2020 MDX tech package. I would highly recommend the entire Acura team to anyone looking to buy or lease a car. From the second you walk in, there is a friendly, family oriented atmosphere.

My husband and I recently purchased a new vehicle from this dealership. They were great to work with. Our representative, Brooke, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and was attentive to us throughout the buying experience. She took the time to explain everything about the vehicle, the option packages, and the pricing. It was all very straightforward. Robert, the Business Manager, was equally professional, friendly and informative. Before you leave this dealership with a vehicle, they will make sure that all of your needs were met or exceeded. It was a very pleasant buying experience. I highly recommend this dealership.

My salesperson, Joe, was extremely patient and understanding as we worked through the negotiation process. I had many questions, and he took the care to get me complete response. He was able to get us the exact vehicle (including color) for the price we set our budget around. Even when they could not meet one of my requests, I felt they were honest and transparent as to the reason why. I would definitely recommend working with Joe to my friends.
