ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING customer service! We are owners of a European repair shop in Poughkeepsie called Foreign Car Specialists. We have seen a large increase in our Mini business after the closing of the local Mini dealership in Wappingers Falls. We employ Master Technicians and utilize dealer level BMW and Mini diagnostics through dealer software called ISTA. A customer of ours has been experiencing intermittent troubles with her 2011 Mini which we were able to identify however, we did not want to charge her to repair because the problem was listed as being covered under an extended warranty coverage through Mini. Unfortunately, the closing of our local dealership meant that this customer would have to travel far our of her comfort zone to have this repair completed. We began calling several other MINI dealerships in southern New York and northern New Jersey in an attempt to assist this customer who was understandably frazzled and irate. We were repeatedly put on hold, disconnected, and just plain ignored by every dealership we contacted. Another Google search with an extended radius from our area led us to Keeler Mini in Latham, NY. The dealership's service line was answered promptly and pleasantly and our call was quickly transferred to a Service Advisor named Katie who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Katie took the time to listen to the problem our customer was experiencing and research the vehicle's information to confirm the details of the warranty coverage available to correct the customer's problem. We acted as a liaison between the frazzled customer and Katie to set up an appointment and provide the customer with directions and contact information to reach Katie directly. The level of service Katie provided was professional, empathetic and exactly what every Service Advisor should strive to provide. We are so appreciative of Katie's willingness to solve the issues our customer is experiencing. Katie is a true asset to the Keeler Mini team, we are so glad that we were able to finally find her!

I love everyone who works here and they are very helpful. However, the men at the sales desk did NOT wear masks AT ALL while in the building. Which I find to be incredibly irresponsible and disrespectful.

My wife and I went in yesterday for an oil change because the mechanic we had originally gone to would not work on the car because it was a Mini. I called Keeler service at 9am and they were able to get us in at 10:45am. Being our first time there they went thru our car from top to bottom making sure everything was OK. Kurt from service took excellent care of us. While waiting we spoke with Jordan from sales. Jordan love our Baker Street edition and showed us some of the new models on the lot, never once pressuring us to buy.nWe have nothing but praise for Keeler Mini. Being new to the area, we originally went to a mechanic that a close friend recommended and he turn out to be a dud. Our Mini has found a new care center in Keeler, THANK YOU.

This was my first time going to Mini service but that is where BMW has you go for any off-brand cars. I will say, my experience was vastly different from when I go to BMW or Mercedes for service. I pulled into the garage and waited for a while. No one came out even though they saw me pull up and get out of my car. I patiently waited for 10 minutes. There were people in their offices but ... again ... no one came out. Then a nice man from the collision section came out to ask if I had been helped. He went into one of the service centers offices to tell them I was there for service. Still ... no one came out to help for a little while longer. Then a young lady came out and said she didn’t know I was coming — although I got a confirmation email when I set up the appointment with them. My interior is beige and they never put down paper on the carpets and there was dirt all on them. Oh well ... I got the car inspected so I now know not to bring it there again. They definitely don’t have the same customer service standards as I have been accustomed to with the BMW and Mercedes service centers at Keeler.

I love Keeler Mini!!! I bought my car there 2-1/2 years ago, and I definitely give them a five-star rating for the best customer service I’ve ever experienced anywhere. Keep up the excellent work! You guys & gals ROCK!!!
