The sraff here is awesome. I am always greeted upon entering, and they always say have a nice day when I cash out.nThis is my go to store for everything even though others are closer to me.

Used to shop here a lot Lately I've noticed a bunch of kids like to hang out in the lot at night with their race cars they pretty much take over the place. I almost got ran off the road by one of them I called Colonie Police about it and hopefully something gets done about it. I was told they hang out at this store all night I have no intention of shopping here anymore They have lost me as a customer

I am appalled by the upper management decision making you had a great leader at this location. Now I go in there no one greets you anymore sugar dispenser always empty store is gloomy and staff is not happy it is plain as day. I been in this business for years the guest experience is everything if you are looking to lose business you are on the right track My beliefs are your district Manager first priority should be to work that store at least 2 or 3 days a week to change the guest experience and get a manager in there who cares, not only that cares but can lead a team and also show them he or she values them. Then maybe and just maybe you change there beliefs on this location until then you, your actions will give you the results you are getting now. The previous Manager is an great example of what you should be looking for.

I've been getting gas here for years but now they blast music & ads at an ear-piercing level through the gas pumps & there's no way to turn it down or off. Will be taking business elsewhere.
