WORST STARBUCKS I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO! You would think it wouldn’t take 2 trips around the drive thru and 35 minutes of my time for a plain simple lemonade. Screw your heads on tighter when you wake up tomorrow people.
Ben here several times. Ordered custom drink, & was made how wanted. Not crowded inside.

Apparently you cant walk in and order a black coffee and just get it from the person at the register anymore. now it has to get in line behind ALL of the Lattes and Frappuccinos at the bar.nnI stand waiting for over 10 minutes while the dude at the register had no other customers to help...Makes zero sense.nnI've been unimpressed with Starbuck's customer service for a while now. As a former partner, their quality has tanked since I worked for the company. This is a good reason for me to just stop giving them my money anymore. I'll support small local businesses instead.
