Will never go again. They could barely get me any money back, and when I told them to never mind it, don't file, I would do my own taxes @ home like I always do, they filed them anyway after my brother picked up my papers to bring to me. They kept my copies that I paid to print off of my last years return, and when I called them this morning, they reported to me that they did NOT file my return. After fighting all day trying to speak to a human at the IRS I find out they have filed them anyway. So now, not only am I missing out on money I could've gotten back, but they wasted almost a month of my time, and told me a big lie this morning about my taxes being filed. Other people have had great reviews of them, which is why I chose to go there, but I have not had a good experience.
