Last year I had a bad experience with pizza villa. I had gotten cold day old pizza twice in two weeks plenty of customers agreed with me 31 to be exact. I’ve been a customer for over 35 years. Recently in the last 2, a new owner has purchased it. It’s a shame that the person answering the phone and taking orders can care less about the business. She makes constant mistakes. Doesn’t listen when you’re speaking and loses the orders. She has no customer service manners. After so many years, we are parting ways with Pizza Villa. I’ve tried to speak with the owner but he doesn’t speak English. I’ve lost my patience. They need to realize Pizza Villa is not the only place that sells pizza. So.... bye

Multiple orders wrong. Was given a couple dollar discount for next order. When I mentioned it I was told she didn’t remember telling me that but she would check with someone. Literally put me on hold and then picked right back up and said we can’t give you that. Delivery times not met. Been ordering from Pizza Villa for as long as I can remember going back to when it was the father and two brothers but will not be back. So sad to see a local family establishment go down like this.

This spot is great! Convenient pricing, big dishes and the employees are regularly very nice.
