The instructor created a beautiful gentle yet challenging class that was perfectly tailored to wake the body up in the morning. She had excellent breathe and movement cues and she also noticed when I needed special instruction even tho we were on zoom. Meghan is so sweet and joyful to practice with! I will definitely take her class again!

Teacher, Debra, did a great job of breaking down skills to help me as a returning somewhat beginner student have support and direction throughout. I also thought I might not enjoy the Zoom format, but it was still very engaging and personal. Thank you for a good class.

Anna's cueing is amazing and her knowledge of and dedication to yoga is obvious. There is something for everyone at the studio and it never feels manipulative. It's a great studio.
