I usually do not have problems at this Starbucks but today’s experience changed my everything. The staff member (regret not getting her name, April 10th, 4:30pm) literally shoved us away and closed the line on me and another customer in front of me and said that she is no longer taking customers with no explanation. She was very rude and disrespectful. She could have simply said “ I am so sorry but I can no longer take any more customers”. When I asked why she walked away with attitude so I asked again and she said she was short staff. It’s understandable how overwhelming it can be however not for 3 customers. I would rather take a further drive out than stop here again. That was beyond rude and embarrassing when being with family out of state.
Terrible service. The baristas refused to sell me warm/hot water as part of a larger order stating it was “against their policy”.
Your employee Josh is an outstanding worker I lost 500$ and Josh and Jaden gave me back my wallet with 500$ on it.

When I confirmed that I would purchase it and that it was so I could make bottles for my crying infant twins they again refused to sell me it. Had I not had two now screaming babies I would have asked for a manager...when did ‘corporate policy’ exempt people from being human.
Pretty good spot for Starbucks, the drinks made here are very good! Service is great...I love this little spot!!
