Family Dollar

I love the Family Dollar on 3rd St. in Elizabeth, NJ of all of them in my area. I just came from getting a few last minute XMAS gifts for my granddaughters and the end of the line was literally at the back of the store by the milk. I was in a rush and was about to put everything back when I noticed how fast the line was moving, So, I stayed in the line and was out of the store within 20 minutes. I was more concerned about getting in and out of the store than how much everything I had was going to cost therefore, while waiting in the line, I checked the coupons on the FD Digital App, which I use on a regular basis. In the end, I saved $6.00 on the entire purchase, got the gifts for my granddaughters and a few other items i needed for the house and spent less than $20.00. Now everyone is happy, including myself. Thank you Family Dollar and their friendly, courteous and helpful employees! Not just today but every time I go to this store, its always 5-Stars!

In and out..whenever standing in this store lines ..they always still moving dont ever fret if you so happen to be in a long line

Yes well, How about starting with good customer service in the Elizabeth New Jersey area. The location on 142 3rd St, Elizabeth, NJ 07206 is the worst store I have ever visited. The store manager didn’t even let me speak and explain my matter for my visit and rejected to help me. Instead of hiring new people, Try to focus on training current employees and managers and not only that instead of opening new locations try to work on the current location the needs help and Merchandising your store getting it organized and also coaching managers and employees in how to speak professionally. It’s not about the money it’s about the quality. This location is not even with one star.
