Bouncing between several boxes in the Union, Middlesex and Essex counties, this is THEE box you want to be at. Justin has a keen eye for detail meanwhile there are 10+ people in the class. It is refreshing to feel a sense of compassion for as a student, but moreso he has a hunger to ensure the movements are done correctly preventing injury. I truly appreciate this box. The people and coaches are great. They have plenty of classes. They cap the classes at the perfect amount so you get the attention you need. Make friends while you sweat.
