Great for kids or adults. Besides the actual boxing training it's a great workout. Percy and Vlad are great with kids. Best workout my 11 yr old has gotten from any sport! Highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I had called over 15 different places to try and see who would accept my 7 year old in. Everyone turned us down except Percy. We were thrilled, but after our 1st visit we were BLOWN AWAY!!!! Percy's attention to detail is superb. Park Elite is such a welcoming environment. Every trainer in that building is dedicated to making sure to bring out the best in you!!! We are proud to be part of such an amazing team!

Good gym accompanied with great atmosphere, experienced trainers and equipment available during sessions. Tips and training coming from knowledge and experience. Would suggest to anyone new or experienced
