I love this gym! The classes are always a challenge and fun! The coaches are so friendly and also fun and upbeat which I like a lot and they push you to do your best every time. I really enjoy this gym so glad I signed up! Found my happy place here and am confident I’m gonna hit every fitness goal I set training here.

Where do I start, this gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. the perfect balance between weights, machines, & UFC style cardio-strength training classes. Speaking of classes the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers here is unparalleled (shout out to MIKE!). , they are eager to help and will to take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun. The classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations. I have been a member for years and will continue, hope to see you there!

UFC Gym was a great place to go. I was a member for FOUR years. The new management at UFC sucks. They don't care about the customers and they just want to take your money. I tried to cancel my membership and they told me I had to pay for another month even though when I joined I paid my first and last month. They also hit everyone at the gym with a random extra payment without saying anything a few months ago which I paid because I wanted to see the gym do well. Also many of the good coaches are gone. The only good coach at this gym is Coach Mike. He cares about his clients and helped change my life. Sad that what was once a good gym only cares about ripping people off.

So ExpensivennI came to this location And there charging 50 Dollars a month for a membership within the plaza there is a planet fitness here’s the thing 10 dollars a month so guess where I went outrageous
