The best part of the falls is you can see it directly from the parking lot. No real hiking to see the falls. So if you have small kids or any one unable to hike this can be a good place to enjoy the nature just steps away from your car. There are hiking trails around for people who would like to spend little more time nature or get some exercise. But mind you the parking lot is small. 25 cars at max. So be early.
Great place to go for a hike and look at the beautiful waterfall. The place is usually very quite in the morning, so its best time to go there and enjoy peacefully. The hike can be slippery after rain.nThe only bad thing is that the road that leads to the water is closed now, so it is about 2 miles walk from where the closet car parking is. Other than that, bring plenty of water with you.
Just beautiful. Hard climb to the top, the tail after the falls is very steep initially but levels out and follows the brook for a while before meeting up with some other trails. Plenty of great rest areas on the way up and some great hammock trees ud83dude01
Beautiful falls, wonderful trails, and enjoyable walk and views. The weather was nice, looking forward to going back again once the trees are with full foliage. Peaceful and serene, enjoy the few hours we were there.
Beautiful waterfall. The blue path above the falls is steep, but leads to the yellow trail that takes you to a beautiful lake. You definitely don't feel like you are in NJ.
